Install Headphones from Source on CentOS 6

Hello again! This how-to for install Headphones is very similar to the one covering SickBeard, and if you've been following along since the SABnzbd how-to, then we still have no pre-requisites to worry about. First off we need to pull down the source files for Headphones:

cd /apps
git clone https://github.com/rembo10/headphones.git Headphones
mkdir /apps/data/.headphones

Just like that, we have the latest files copied down and just need to create our init script.

vi /etc/init.d/Headphones

Here is the init script I use (may not be the best, but it works):

Lastly, a little cleanup!

chmod 755 /etc/init.d/Headphones
chkconfig Headphones on
/etc/init.d/Headphones start

You now have Headphones installed and running. Browse to http://0.0.0.0:8181 (replace 0.0.0.0 with the IP of your Headphones server) and configure.
